Smart spaces, intelligent places since 2019

Co-founder Emmanuel Daniel set out to reimagine Microsoft's $5B, 18-building East Redmond Campus Revitalization, with the conviction that data stewardship could bridge the digital and physical built environments while enabling, empowering, engaging and exciting the unique needs and preferences of over 6,000 employees and staff occupying 72 acres of space.

By 2022, Emmanuel's visionary notion on workplace experience, which had spread across smart building owners and operators globally, caught the attention of co-founder, Mike Beteag, who as the CTO of the Anaheim Ducks (NHL), had sought to revolutionize the fan experience across ocV!BE, a 100-acre, $4B sports and entertainment mixed-use development. Mike then shared this idea with co-founder Aaron McNally, Sidewalk Labs strategist and long-time New Yorker, who immediately saw the potential for his city's own built environment.

Today, after countless emails, texts, arena tours, campus visits, and video calls (the Teams vs. Meet debate continues), our vision became clear: Build the 1st GenAI SaaS Service for the built environment.
